“Every client is unique and deserves to be treated as such. I find it rewarding to go the ‘extra mile’ and identify an improvement or opportunity that a client may have overlooked. Sometimes it only takes a brief suggestion for the client to realize that our number one goal is to help make their jobs easier while ensuring they are still in compliance.”
