New for 2018! Arizona Non-Profits No Longer Required to File Form 99

Wait…did I read that right?  Yes, you sure did.  Effective for taxable years 2018 and after, tax-exempt organizations in Arizona will no longer need to file either Arizona Form 99 or copies of their federal Form 990 with the Arizona Department of Revenue.

Please note there is one exception to the rule.  Nonprofit medical marijuana dispensaries will be required to file Arizona Form 99M instead of Arizona Form 99.

Also, tax exempt organizations that typically file a Form 990-T to report unrelated business taxable income will still be required to file Arizona Form 99T.
